Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.howefarmrarebreeds.com (‘the website’).   Placing an order via the website constitutes deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Limited Edition Products:  Howe Farm Rare Breeds is a small privately owned business that produces beautiful products from the fleece of our rare breed Leicester Longwool sheep.  All our products are by their nature, limited edition and we cannot guarantee that a specific product colour will be available again once a product is out of stock. 

Order Details:  Placing an order on the website will require the entry of purchaser name, email address, phone and address details.  This information is required in order to process the request and/or order and inform the purchaser of acceptance of the order.  A contact phone number is required if there is a problem with the order and we need to contact you.  Please provide additional delivery instructions in the relevant section on the checkout page.  In the event your address cannot be found, undelivered orders will be chargeable.  Your payment card details are not stored on our site as all payments are made via PayPal which is a third party site and for whom we cannot take responsibility or liability in terms of your data.  

Contract:  A contract for the sale of our products does not exist until your order has been accepted, charged and processed.  We may not be able to complete an order if the product is out of stock, a description or pricing error is identified and/or we are unable to authorise your payment.

Cancellation:  If you wish to cancel your whole order, you must return it to us in accordance with the following procedure.  We reserve the right to deny repayment for any returned goods that do not meet our return requirements. The product must be unused, unwashed and include all original packaging and tags.  We cannot accept any item with any indication it has been used.  In order to cancel your order, please email us immediately at office@howefarmrarebreeds.com to inform us returning your product and we will send you a returns label.   In order to cancel your order, you must return the product within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

All returns are made at your own expense and on receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.  You are responsible for the cost of returning your items to us unless you received a faulty or damaged item.  The address for delivery of returned goods is Howe Farm Rare Breeds, Howe Farm, Bentley Wood, Farley, Salisbury SP5 1AQ.  Your statutory rights are unaffected.  We strongly advise you to retain a tracking number and proof of posting for your return shipment.

Currency:  All prices on the website are in British Pounds (Sterling), are correct at time of publication and inclusive of VAT at the current rate.  We reserve the right to increase prices at our own discretion and without prior notification.

Delivery Charges:  Delivery charges are based on delivery within mainland UK and calculated per order and order value.  In the event you would like our products to be delivered outside the UK mainland, please contact us in advance of placing your order at office@howefarmrarebreeds.com for specific delivery costs.

Accuracy:  Every effort is made to ensure the photographic reproduction and descriptions of our products are accurate at time of publication.  However, colour and tone can vary depending on customer software and hardware and we cannot accept responsibility for any such variations.

Privacy Policy:  The personal data we collect from you includes your phone number, email and home address and any other information you may provide when making an order or contacting us with any queries.  We won’t share this data with anyone else and we will do all we can to keep your data secure. We will only retain your data for as long as is necessary and reasonable and that the law requires.  We may use your data in the future to either speed up repeat orders or queries you may have or to send you information about our special offers we believe would be of interest to you.  If you’re unhappy with any of this, please email office@howefarmrarebreeds.com.87-239-23-113.m5-wpcms.uk.plesk-server.com and we’ll immediately delete all your data.
